The Board of Trustees of the University of Oregon will provide a public comment period at each regular meeting of the Board.
A public comment period is provided at each regular meeting of the Board. Speakers are allowed up to three minutes each for their comments with preference given to those who sign up in advance.
The opportunity to sign up is available when meeting agendas and items are published on the Board website. Sign up by email, firstname.lastname@example.org.

Speakers are encouraged to address a topic germane to an issue being discussed at the meeting. Preference will be given to those who sign up in advance. There will be 20 minutes allotted for the public comment period.
It is not necessary to sign up to attend the meeting.
