The Executive, Audit and Governance Committee (EAG) considers matters pertaining to general management of the board, as well as matters pertaining to audits, compliance, and risk management. The EAG shall represent and may act for the board, except when prohibited by law or policies.
The Academic and Student Affairs Committee (ASAC) considers matters pertaining to teaching, research, and public service programs of the university, as well as matters pertaining to the UO’s faculty, staff, and students.
The Finance and Facilities Committee (FFC) considers matters pertaining to the financial, capital, and other assets of the university, including – but not limited to – issues such as the budget, expenditure authorization, investments, tuition and fees, finances, and property.Ross Kari, Chair
