Andy Storment is a sixth-generation Oregonian, born and raised in a small farming community north of Eugene. He is the managing director of McKenzie Capital of Eugene, as well as founding director and vice chair of Summit Bank, a Eugene-based community bank which has provided internship opportunities for UO students.
Storment serves on the boards of Stahlbush Island Farms, Jerry’s Home Improvement Centers, and The Ford Family Foundation based in Roseburg. He has also served on the board for the OR22 World Athletics Championship and volunteered as a student mentor with the University’s Lundquist MBA program.
Storment is a first-generation college graduate and UO alum, having received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance in 1984. Storment and his wife enjoy all things outdoors: hiking, mountain biking, skiing, rafting and lake surfing, in addition to being long season ticket holders for UO football and women’s and men’s basketball. Storment has an adult daughter who is also a UO alum as well as three step children.
