Lillian Moses is the Director of Housing Capital Construction at the University of Oregon. She was born in Oregon and received her bachelor of arts degree in Architecture from the University of Oregon in 2009. She has since spent over ten years in commercial construction general contracting. In her current role she oversees planning, design, and construction of capital repair and improvement projects developed within University Housing, in collaboration with university colleagues and leadership. Her role in Housing includes long‐range planning to overcome deferred maintenance challenges.

While a student, Lillian served as a representative on the Erb Memorial Union Board of Directors from 2005 through 2008, holding the Budget Committee chair position for her last three years running. There, she gained in‐depth fiduciary responsibility experience guiding the allocation of the EMU’s annual budget.

She has served on two other Boards of Directors including the Education Together Foundation and Girl Scout Troup 20315 Money Earning Event Board in Junction City, Oregon.
