Office Hours for Students and Employees
Each term, multiple members of the board host office hours for their respective campus groups (students, faculty members, and non-faculty staff members), as well as opportunities for the campus community to meet with trustees in a group environment.
Schedule for Spring 2026
- Student office hours:
- Monday, 5/18 at 11:45 a.m. in the Multicultural Center, Erb Memorial Union
- Non-faculty staff office hours (email trustees@uoregon.edu for the Zoom link):
- Officers of Administration: Tuesday, 5/26 at 10:30 a.m. and noon.
- Classified staff: Thursday, 5/28 at 10:30 a.m. and noon
- Campus trustees joint office hours (open to all UO students and employees):
- Tuesday, 5/26 at 3:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. in 151 Tykeson Hall
