The Board of Trustees’ next quarterly meeting is Monday - Tuesday, June 2-3, 2025. The meeting agenda and materials will be posted on the "Upcoming Meetings" page in advance. 

The board meetings will be webcast both days with links to watch the meetings virtually posted here by Friday, May 30. 

To provide public comment during the next quarterly Full Board of Trustees meeting, please sign-up by emailing trustees@uoregon.edu - include your name, affiliation with the university, and the topic you wish to discuss. If you would like to provide public comment but are unable to attend in person, you may email the board your written comments, or sign up to give public comment via Zoom, both by emailing trustees@uoregon.edu.  Public comment guidelines are available here.
