The Board of Trustees’ next quarterly meeting is Monday - Tuesday, December 9-10, 2024. The meeting’s agenda and materials, as well as live stream viewing information will be posted on the "upcoming meetings" page in advance of the meeting dates. The board meetings will be webcast both days, with links available here by Friday, December 6.

To provide public comment during the December 2024 Board of Trustees meeting, please sign up by emailing trustees@uoregon.edu – include your name, affiliation with the university, and the topic you wish to discuss.  If you would like to provide public comment but are unable to attend in person, you may email the board your written comments, or sign up to give public comment via Zoom, both by emailing trustees@uoregon.edu.    Public comment guidelines are available here.
