Connie Seeley is a native Oregonian, who graduated from the University of Oregon with a bachelor’s degree in political science. She has over twenty years of experience in the public sector spanning organizational governance, administration, governmental relations, public affairs, crisis communications, and Board relations.
She is currently the chief administrative officer, executive vice president, and chief of staff at Oregon Health & Science University, where she oversees the University’s core administrative functions and is the chief external affairs strategist.
Prior to joining OHSU, Seeley served as chief of staff to the office of Senate President Peter Courtney, and as a legislative director in the Oregon State Legislature. She worked there for thirteen years to shape and implement policy and political strategies.
