Laura Lee McIntyre is professor of school psychology and head of the Department of Special Education and Clinical Sciences in the College of Education and director of the Prevention Science Institute. Her research focuses on early identification and intervention of neurodevelopmental disorders in children and promotion of health and well-being in children and families. McIntyre and her students are committed to implementing and evaluating programs and services for vulnerable children who may be at risk for poor social, academic, and developmental outcomes. McIntyre has been at UO since 2009.
